Mindfulness-Based Interventions use meditation techniques to teach clients new ways of coping and handling their daily challenges. Through these interventions, you can learn to overcome stress and free yourself from overthinking. Research has proven that mindfulness is an effective therapy treatment for:

We are currently offering six Mindfulness Monday sessions in September and October. These sessions will focus on discussing basic concepts and practicing fundamental skills. You will learn techniques to help balance stress and achieve clarity. See Our Events page for more information.
